Terms

This website is published by Bahethi Family Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN 87-4232648. By using it you agree to these terms.

Information on the site

Program pages describe what the foundation has published. Dates, award amounts, and eligibility can change. A page that says a fact is not yet confirmed is not an offer. Do not rely on a draft deadline that this site says is missing.

Forms

Send only information you are willing to have a person at the foundation read. Do not send someone else’s private information. The foundation may ignore notes that are unrelated to its work.

Donations

Gifts made through the PayPal link are processed by PayPal under PayPal’s terms. A gift is meant to support STEM education and scholarships. Tax treatment depends on your own situation.

Other websites

Links to NASA, NOAA, GLOBE, FIRST, Cubes in Space, SSAI, PayPal, and social accounts leave this site. Those organizations have their own terms. A link is not a statement that the foundation runs that program.
