This policy describes bahethifoundation.org, the website of Bahethi Family Foundation.

What you can send us

If you use a form, we ask for the fields on that form. Depending on the form, that can include:

• Your name and email
• School, major, and graduation year
• Organization, role, city and state
• What you are asking for, and a short note
• Whether you want occasional email updates, and which audience tag you chose

You do not need an account. The site does not ask you to create a password.

How a note is kept

The form is checked on the foundation’s server. If a storage or email destination has been connected, the note is saved or forwarded so the foundation can reply. If nothing is connected yet, the site does not keep the note. It offers a mailto link so you can send it yourself from your own email program.

Notes are used to answer you, to tell students when a scholarship cycle is published, and to send updates if you asked for them. They are not sold.

Children

The scholarship described on this site is for enrolled college students. The site is not directed at children under 13, and the forms are not meant to collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 sent a note, email contact.bffoundation@gmail.com and ask us to delete it.

Donations

Donations go through PayPal’s own page. PayPal’s privacy policy covers that payment. This site does not receive your card number.

Cookies and hosting

This site does not run its own analytics or advertising cookies. The host, Cloudflare, may process connection data in order to serve the pages. That processing is described by Cloudflare.
